Comfort Zone

Comfort Zone

Looking back at past situations where I still cant get over some feeling of regret I've noticed they all have had one thing in common. A majority of the time I didn't allow myself to acknowledge what I was feeling at the time and instead ran back to where I was comfortable. Let me explain a little more what I mean.

Often times we look for a change of scenery, when in fact a change of self is really what is needed. I used to think that changing my scenery would change everything that was going on in my life. But in realty changing my mindset and daily habits would change everything. In my past I was always negative about making progress in life, and it got me nowhere. Looking at situations with a closed mind prevented me from even moving in the direction of where I wanted to be. If we want to change our future we first have to change the way we look at it. We might not be able to control what life throws at us and the current situation that we're in, but the thing we can control is our attitude and the way we view and approach it.

Don't get stuck in the comfort zone trap. We all remember a time where we "should of, could of, would of. Those memories suck, the "comfort zone" kills more dreams than our doubts and failures combined. Lets figure out what we're truly passionate about and face these fears that have been holding us back. Let's earn that life we deserve.
